Enrollment funnels built on your academic calendar.
Parents research in fall, visit in winter, and decide by spring. We build campaigns timed to that cycle — plus summer camp funnels that fill every session.
The problem
Most academies market the same way year-round. But enrollment follows a calendar: awareness in the fall, campus visits in winter, decision by spring. Summer camps have their own compressed timeline. Generic "enroll now" ads miss the window.
Our approach
We map your programs to a 12-month campaign calendar. Google Ads for high-intent search ("boarding school for baseball"), Meta campaigns for awareness and camp registration, and automated follow-up sequences that nurture inquiries through to enrollment.
What we deliver
- Google Ads campaigns by sport and program type
- Meta campaigns for summer camp registration
- Landing pages for each sport/program with inquiry forms
- Automated email sequences: inquiry → campus visit → enrollment
- Seasonal campaign calendar aligned to your academic year
- Monthly reporting: inquiries, campus visits, cost per enrollment

Common questions about sports academy & camp marketing.
When should we start marketing for summer camps?
January–February for early-bird registration, ramping up through March and April. We launch teaser campaigns in December to build awareness before registration opens.
Can you run separate campaigns for each sport?
Yes, and we recommend it. Each sport targets different parents with different search terms. Baseball families aren't searching the same keywords as golf families. Separate campaigns = better targeting and clearer reporting.
Do you help with enrollment tracking?
We track every step: ad click → inquiry form → campus visit → enrollment. You'll see exactly which campaigns are filling which programs and at what cost.
